3.5 Million Serial - Case back is dated 1 of 1972 and bracelet is dated 3 of 1972 This beautiful Rolex Double Red Sea-Dweller is quite a rare watch to find in good, original condition like this example. The watch recently came to me from the original owner who purchased it over 40 years ago. First, and most importantly, the dial is in great shape, with hardly any defects/marks. It has matching patina with the hands. It is a Mark III dial. The case of the watch appears to have been polished before, but has still thick lugs. The lug at 7 O'clock has a ding on the top of it (see pictures). The case has usual scuffs/scratches/nicks. The original 9315 bracelet has stretch and some dings - but is still in decent vintage shape. The clasp is dated 3.72 and it has the rare "Pateted" diver's extension. The bezel insert appears to be authentic but could have been replaced at some time as it is still dark black. The pearl is missing on it as well.
